Reading  Dalai Lama's answer, it shocked me. He is describing me. I am that MAN who works too much so I can have extra $$,  and become overworked and sick, then get so stressed out having to spend $$$ on medical fee. I am constantly planning something. When I am on vacation, I am daydreaming about next vacation. At this rate, I am going to die having never really lived....!!!

Not good! Not good..
Yesterday I found my diary from 11 years ago, July 2000. The first day I came to America from Japan. I wrote " Finally the time has come! I am on my way to America! Today my dream has come true!" 11 years later now... I am still on that journey with less enthusiasm and more pounds on me! I can't let myself go.. There's Japanese saying " Never forget beginner's mind."
I came to USA to become successful. I didn't really know back then what it means to be successful. Now I know what it means to me. To be successful at life, you have to be happy and content. Happiness and contentment.
How can I become happy and content with life as is?
This is what I want to achieve with my life.
I should stop counting how much money I am making daily and stop planning expensive vacation I cannot afford! Contentment! It is hard one!

Be here now.....
